 Ingredients:

2 Packages (3 dozen)                                      Pepperidge Farm Miniature Party Rolls*

8 oz.                                                                       Deli Ham, finely chopped

3 oz.                                                                       Swiss Cheese, grated

1 ˝                                                                         Sticks of Salted Butter, softened

3 Tbsp.                                                                  Poppy Seeds

2 Tbsp.                                                                  White Onion, grated

1 Tbsp.                                                                  Worcestershire Sauce

3 Tbsp.                                                                  Prepared Mustard

 Preparation:

Mix all ingredients (except the bread, of course) together in a bowl.  (You may have to use your clean hands to get all ingredients incorporated into the butter.)  Slice the entire package of party rolls in half, rather than cutting the rolls individually.  Spread the ham mixture over the bottom half of each package of rolls.  Replace the top half of the rolls.  Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until heated through.  Remove from oven and then break apart or cut individual rolls.  Serve warm.

You can prepare these in advance.  Simply place the rolls with the mixture already applied back into its original wrapper and refrigerate overnight or freeze.  If you freeze them, thaw before baking.  You may need to allow a bit more baking time if the rolls are not at room temperature.

*You may substitute mini croissants, which bake up nice and crispy, or other mini type rolls.  However, if you substitute with mini croissants, it may require more of the ham mixture (probably a double batch for 3 dozen of the mini croissants) since they are larger than the mini type rolls.
