Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

 

1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)

3 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed

1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed

 

Directions:

MIX broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper.
GRILL or broil chicken 35 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing often with broth mixture. Discard remaining broth mixture. Serves 4.

 

This is really good cut in strips and topped on a salad!
