Granny Margaret's Cookies (Light Brown Cookie)

1 Stick of Butter
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Cups Plain Flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup chopped nuts
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add flour, baking powder and soda. Add vanilla and chopped nuts.

Roll the dough into a log and refigerate overnight.

Next day, slice and bake 10-12 minutes at 350 oven.
